LILIBET MEETS LILIBET: Queen meets Harry and Meghan’s daughter for the FIRST time

QUEEN ELIZABETH MEETS GREAT-GRANDDAUGHTER LILIBET FOR FIRST TIME!!! – But Royal Rift Still Evident

Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations seem to be a real family affair, with a bonus … Her Majesty was finally introduced to her great-granddaughter, Lilibet.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle presented the Queen her namesake during a private lunch. Other royals were present. We don’t know if Harry’s brother, William was at the lunch, nor do we know if his dad, Charles, was present.
There are reports William and Kate will NOT be present Saturday for Lilibet’s first birthday party. As you know, there’s bad blood between Harry, his dad and his brother for various reasons, not the least of which Harry and Meghan have insinuated one of them made racist comments about Archie.

Speaking of the meeting, royal commentator Omid Scobie told BBC Breakfast on Friday, June 3, as reported by The Independent: “I think people are expecting some sort of big birthday extravagant event, that we’re going to see photographs from. From what I’m told, we shouldn’t expect anything. Those moments with Lilibet are very much private between them and the Queen and of course we know how much she’s been looking forward to it.”
The 40-year-old co-author of ‘Finding Freedom’ went on to say, “They’ve been held back by a pandemic. Of course the times that Harry has been here it’s just been by himself for quite sombre occasions. And so this really was the first time. Of course we know the Queen went back to Windsor Castle yesterday, the couple went back to Windsor as well where they’re staying at Frogmore Cottage. So that would have been the first moment or the first chance for her to meet her namesake.”
